2. Nature and Scope of the Service
Christine Livingstone is a business and provides group Christian Lifestyle Coaching and Prayer Sessions, which may include deliverance discernment where appropriate.
These sessions are conducted in a group setting with multiple participants present at the same time.
These services are strictly coaching and faith-based in context. They:
- Are not a ministry service
- Are not therapy or counselling
- Are not medical or psychological services
- Are not crisis or emergency support services
No individual focus is guaranteed, and time per participant is limited due to the group format.
No specific spiritual, emotional, financial, physical, or life outcomes are guaranteed. Clients remain fully responsible for their own decisions, actions, and wellbeing.
3. Formation of the Agreement
By placing an order and completing payment, the client:
- Electronically accepts all Christine Livingstone policies, terms, and conditions
- Enters into a binding electronic agreement with Christine Livingstone in accordance with South African law
- Acknowledges that no handwritten or separate digital signature is required
Acceptance occurs at checkout.
4. Orders and Payment
All sessions must be paid in full in advance.
Payment must be successfully completed before a booking can be processed.
Pricing may change at any time. Booking secures the price paid at the time of purchase.
5. Booking, Verification and Seat Reservation
After payment, the client must submit a booking request via the provided booking form.
A temporary seat reservation is held for 12 hours from the time of submission.
Booking is not confirmed until:
- Email verification is completed
- Payment is verified and approved by administration
If email verification is not completed within the required timeframe, the reservation will automatically expire, and the seat will be released.
An email will be sent with a link to resubmit a new booking request. No guarantee is given that the same session time will remain available.
The client must submit a booking request within seven (7) days of payment.
If the client fails to submit a booking request within this period, the purchase will be considered expired, and no refund or service will be provided.
6. Payment Verification
All bookings are subject to manual payment verification.
If payment cannot be verified, the booking may be rejected or cancelled. The client must resolve any payment issues before access to the session is granted.
7. Seat Allocation and Availability
Seats are limited and allocated on a first-verified, first-confirmed basis.
A temporary reservation does not guarantee placement in a session.
Only confirmed bookings secure a seat.
8. Service Commencement
Service is considered to have commenced once the booking is confirmed and session details, including access links, are issued to the client.
9. Scheduling, Attendance and Late Arrival
Sessions are scheduled for specific time slots.
Clients are responsible for attending at the scheduled time.
Late arrival will not extend the session and no recap or refund will be provided.
Missed sessions are forfeited.
10. Rescheduling
Rescheduling requests must be submitted via the support ticket system at least three (3) business days before the scheduled session.
Requests outside this period may not be accommodated.
If not rescheduled within the required notice period, the session is forfeited.
11. Refund Policy
No refunds are provided once a session has been booked.
If Christine Livingstone cancels a session, the client may choose either a rescheduled session or a full refund.
12. Platform and Technical Responsibility
Sessions are delivered via an online conferencing platform (e.g., Google Meet or similar).
The platform used may be changed at any time if required.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection, compatible device, and access to the platform.
