Can I Attend a Free Session Instead of Booking a Paid Session?

Yes, you can.

You can attend the next available free session without paying a fee.

Please note that free sessions are not customised to individual participants. The topic of a free session is chosen by Christine.

If you want a session that is customised to your individual or group needs, you can choose from the available paid session options.

You can view the available sessions and what is included on our Session Information Pages.
