Christine's Shop Account Terms and Conditions
Introduction / Scope
These Account Terms apply to all users of Christine’s Shop only. They govern the use of shop accounts for orders, services, downloads, and related features. Please read these terms carefully. By creating or using a shop account, you agree to these terms. We may update these terms from time to time. Users are responsible for reviewing them before using their account.
Account Eligibility & Creation
You must be at least 18 years old or a legal entity to create a shop account. When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date.
Your Responsibilities
As a shop account holder, you are responsible for:
* Keeping your password secure
* Providing accurate contact and billing information
* Monitoring your account activity and notifying us of any unauthorized use
Orders, Payments & Service Provision
Payment Confirmation
Orders, services, or digital downloads will only be provided once payment is confirmed (EFT in ZAR only) or as agreed in writing between both parties.
EFT Payments
All electronic funds transfers must be in South African Rand (ZAR).
International Fees
Any international bank fees or currency conversion costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Local Cash Deposit Fees
Local cash deposits will incur a deposit fee that the customer must pay prior to order processing.
Custom Agreements
Where a written agreement exists between both parties for specific services, payment and provision terms in that agreement apply.
Downloads & Intellectual Property
Please review the policy for each product/service category regarding permitted use and restrictions. Downloads and services are provided for personal or business use only. Redistribution or resale is not permitted unless written consent has been received.
Refunds, Cancellations & Transfers
Each trading name has its own refund, cancellation, and transfer policies found in the Legal Category of their respective Resource Hubs.

Account Suspension / Termination
Access to your account, orders, and services will be restricted upon suspension or termination. Refunds or credits are not automatically issued and are handled according to the product-specific policies.

Your use of a shop account is subject to our combined Privacy & Cookie Policy. For information on how your personal data is collected and used, please review that policy.
Updates to Terms
