Session Times And Availability

Session times are different from office hours.

Office staff work Monday to Friday from 09:00–16:00 South Africa Standard Time (SAST, UTC+2).

Session availability is based on the times offered for the specific session.

One-on-One Sessions

Current one-on-one session availability and bookable time slots are shown on the booking platform.

For reference, South Africa uses SAST (UTC+2). New York uses Eastern Time (ET), which changes between standard time and daylight saving time during the year.

The booking platform displays the applicable booking time zone and available time slots. Please check the displayed date, time and time zone carefully before completing your booking.

You can also use the Time Zone Converter to convert session times to your own location.

Group Sessions

Group session dates and times are provided on the relevant session and booking information. Please check the booking page for the current session details rather than relying on a general office schedule.
