What Happens If I Don't Complete My Premium One-On-One Session Preparation?

One-on-One Session preparation is compulsory. This may include the Intake Form, Session Preparation Guide and other required preparation instructions.

Preparation by Christine begins on the next working day after booking and successful payment.

If you do not complete the required preparation, Christine may be unable to provide the Session as intended. Once preparation has begun, failure to complete compulsory preparation does not, by itself, create an entitlement to a refund.
