What Happens If I Cancel My Premium One-On-One Session?

If you need to cancel a One-on-One Session, the timing of your cancellation matters because preparation by Christine begins on the next working day after booking and successful payment.

If your cancellation is received before preparation begins, 75% of the amount paid will be refunded. A 25% cancellation fee is retained, and any non-recoverable payment processor fees are deducted from the refund.

Once preparation has begun, normal Client cancellation is no longer eligible for a refund, subject to applicable law.

To request cancellation, please submit a ticket.

Do not assume that a booking has been cancelled until you receive confirmation.
