Can I Cancel My Premium One-On-One Session?

You may request cancellation before preparation begins. If the cancellation is received before preparation begins, 75% of the amount paid will be refunded. A 25% cancellation fee is retained, and any non-recoverable payment processor fees are deducted from the refund.

Once preparation has begun, normal Client cancellation is no longer eligible for a refund, subject to applicable law.
