What Happens If I Miss My Premium One-On-One Session or Arrive Late?

One-on-One Sessions begin and end at the scheduled times. If you arrive late, the Session will normally still end at the scheduled time. The missed portion will not be added to the end of the appointment.

If you do not attend and do not contact Christine, the booking is forfeited and no refund or rescheduling is provided, subject to applicable law.
