What Happens If the Premium Group Session Is Cancelled, Changed or Cannot Continue?
If Christine needs to cancel or change a Session, or a Session cannot be completed, the available remedy depends on the the circumstances.
If Christine cannot provide a Group Session, you may be offered a full refund or a suitable replacement Group Session, where a replacement is available.
If Christine changes the Session date or time and you cannot attend the new time, the applicable refund or replacement options will apply.
If a Group Session has started but cannot be completed, Christine will determine the appropriate remedy based on the circumstances and the point at which the Session could no longer continue. This may include a replacement, full refund or partial refund.
